Policy

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

Deposits:
There is a $200 non refundable deposit/retainer fee to book your party date and time, we do not hold any dates without deposit. All deposit money will go towards the final cost. The remaining  balance and final headcount will be due 1 week before your party date. I will contact you 1 week before your party to discuss RSVPs and at that time final payment will be due.
Cancellations:
The final headcount is due 1 week before your scheduled party date. We are not responsible for any guest who do not show up and there will be no adjustment of pricing for guest who do not show. You will have 2 weeks to cancel your party date for a credit and your credit must be used within 6 months and an additional deposit will be required at the time of re booking.

 
Party rules:
Please have all nail polish removed before party if guest have on nail polish there will be a $5 charge to remove nail polish, if guest have on  shellac we will not be able to service the guest. Please have a  guest to arrive on time, if guest show up late they will be able to join in on the services that are being performed at that time. We know sometimes things happen but any equipment that belong to us due to misuse or neglect, there will be a charge for replacing the items.
Please allow us 3 to 4 weeks for booking a party, we also accommodate last minute parties if available. Parties booked within 7 days full balance will be due at the time of booking.  8 guest 12 minimum for spa party packages. There is a 15% gratuity added to the final bill for 9 or more guest. For group events of 10 or more there will be a $100 traveling fee and a 20% gratuity charge.
Bookings: 
Traveling fee : 
The first 15 miles form 9mile and Greenfield are free. After 15 miles there will be a $1.50 per miles charge. After 30 miles total there will be an additional $25 plus $1.50 per mileage.
